You could cheap out and get one of those Rawlands Sogn blems for $350, or maybe a Kogswell P/R, and they'd be perfectly satisfactory, but instead I'm going to suggest you go for a Tournesol Pave. Maybe in Titanium. Or, pity they're not made any more, to stay in the Riv family look for either a Bleriot or a Saluki. And no I do NOT mean a Hilsen, because they take the wrong size tires.
