I've got approx 20000km on my '05 Schmidt hub, the old-fashioned cylinder-shaped one. Originally purchased from Peter White and run as 700C from '05 to '11 and then I rebuilt it as a 650B and continue to use it. It's also survived a wreck with no damage at all, in 2007--in fact, about the only part of the bike that survived. No sign of wear that I can tell.
