Just got B&M Toplight. I think the Supernova E3 rear light is also popular, 
but after some research the E3 is particular about comparability with front 
light, and I already got the B&M Eyc.

Also read that blinking rear lights, tend to mesmerize drunk drivers and 
drivers will be attracted to it, which is why constant lights are said to 
be the standard. Not sure if this is true or not, but not trying to take a 
chance experimenting...I'll report once I've used it for awhile
