I'd ask the builders you know if they take on quick jobs like canti-bosses and if not, who they would recommend locally (someone in PDX has to have some torch time available!!!).
FWIW, I talked to Mark Nobilette about adding a kick-stand plate and he said no big deal, just ship the frame over and he could get to it pretty quick. That was probably over a year ago, and I don't know if that availability has changed. The problem for me of course is the re-paint that has to come after that. If you want JB, it's gonna' be a while...
