Justin, When I spoke with Dave earlier today, he mentioned Pauls now come in a bolt-on. Is there enough of a performance difference to get the Pauls insted of the Tektro R559? I like the mention of the Compass EL tires, especially the Barlow EL mentioned by Surlyprof.
