Sure, and that’s a valid reason (I’m playing devil’s advocate myself for the aforementioned reasons), but it’s not a line in the sand. Especially for road and all rounder style bikes. That’s a totally valid point of view. If we are talking hunqapillar/mountainy/plus bike (which I thought we were) then id argue that that point of view becomes less valid.
