I would be interested in learning what drove the decision on the bottom bracket shell/ lug whatever. Fillet brazed doesn’t sound as good as lugged.
I think it is super cool that Grant pops in and out of the forum to shed light on the why. Since he has given us the “mic drop”, can anyone else shed light on why they would change the bottom bracket. Seams like it is the most important spot on the bike frame. I agree you can’t improve if you don’t change. I also think it is okay to be nice to Grant, or we could all be riding Aluminum.
