I put Woody's Fenders on my Hunqapillar. https://www.woodysfenders.com/default.asp I think you can contact Cody of Woody's Fenders and ask him to make wider fenders than listed on website.

The fenders is cut into two, and the metal hardware which connects two pieces go OVER the seatstay bridge instead of under. I remember that there was Rivendell Blug years ago showing they did similar work with plastic front fender, i.e., chopping front fender into two. I assume that, with right tools, you can do the same thing on metal or plastic fenders. (Whether you like the appearance or not is another question.)
