TMI, but my ass sweats so much on rides in warm weather, I reckon that's why I've never really had an issue breaking in leather saddles. I'm sure most of us here do this anyway, but if not, try putting a generous amount of Proofhide or Obenoufs on the *underside* of your leather saddle as well as on the top surface.
