Actually, there isn't an "asthetic" reason behind my specification. I
have actually seen samples of terx composite wood and let me tell you,
it ain't pretty.  But I'm not a builder or contractor and don't know
what the latest "cement board products" being used in commerical
building. I just heard the term "Trex" and "composite wood" and
thought, hey, composite sounds like the way to go as it is suppose to
be more durable than regular redwood, which is what is used now, or
pressure treated. Durability and long life is what I'm after. If its
trex/composite wood, great. If there is something else, let me know
and I can ask the contractors!

Define "plumbing tubing?"  The AHH is a fine bike that meets all the
requirements you listed. I suppose if you use "gas pipe" tubes for a
bike, it would be way too heavy for what the AHH is intended. But
barring something like that, just about any cro-moly tubing should
