Yup, the shift from 'all racing all the time' is a good trend. Since I ride to and from work pretty regularly I encounter folks who are curious about and intrigued by doing something similar. But then they have to overcome the 'racing/training/gotta be an athlete' meme that the bike companies and cycling culture have emphasized so insistently.
