I think this is a 98 or 99 when they went a little more custom and left 
Waterford...and it looks more long-lowish to me...custom tubing and this is 
when Joe Bell started painting their frames...could be Match-built or early

My A/R ordered in 1997 for frame and fork was 1200 + 100 for cream headtube 
and $25 for my name for a base price of $1325. This was the Waterford-built 
Riv with Reynolds 753 and 531 fork. Phil BB and Tange roller-ball headset 
came installed and I think that was another $150 or so. I still have the 
stud book...er the documentation with Grant's hand-written 
comments/questions. I had so much fun ordering and outfitting and saving 
for the bike  I went back for a Road custom in 2001:)
