The end result -- intuitive handling -- is easy. The variables to get you there are subtle. It's only simple if you narrow the range of possibilities considerably: say, for example, considering only racing bikes with 23mm tires. Then things get simpler. Throw in different tire sizes, bikes intended to carry heavy loads, etc., things get a lot more complicated, and not necessarily in an obvious way.
