In case your're not happy with the 5-10's ( which have been a downhiller MTB based shoe for a long time) Specialized BG shoes come in a wide width, have room for orthotics ( at least Cycling specific ones which I use) and come with a built in varus wedge that orients your feet in the cycling position. I don't ride in anything else except a mile or two to the store/beach/Starbucks.
