Thanks WIlliam and Johnny for your advice.  That makes sense to me. I'm not 
opposed to getting it blasted and powder coated. So I think I might proceed 
cautiously. Rom's sold new for about $1500 correct? So what would be a 
reasonable price for a sound, but with some rust, Rom like this?
