I can see several ways to defeat this system. 1. Drive directly at it at moderate speed. The aspect change would be slow enough to not be noticed. 2. Determine at what range it was sighted at and avoid that zone. The system does not appear to have a range finding ability and thus take trajectory into account. 3. Avoid the 30 degree arc it seems to be limited to in rotate. 4. Shoot its camera. 5. Run over it! ;-)
It's a cool project and I give the guy kudoos for doing it but I personally wouldn't want any automation on the field.
