I cannot stand idly buy and let Frank go it alone in stakeholding this
next step in technology. To help defer the development costs for any
would be Pittelli X-Prize contenders I will offer the Cromwell chassis
as a test bed for their autonomous weapons packages. The idea is that
I will provide the Cromwell chassis (sans turret) for your live fire
tests at the combat event of your choosing (one that I would normally
be attending). I will provide you the mounting dimensions and a 24v
feed so that it would be a simple plug and play setup at the
battlefield. Your system will have to provide three servo signals to
the hull to control the two drive motors and turret rotate motor. If
you require any hull mounted sensor feeds or control feedback from the
drive train we could work something out.
