I believe some company has developed a personal radar system. The display
isn't much to look at (just a series of LEDs) but it can be used on your car
bumper or even to detect intruders around your property. Unfortunately for
its minute size, it only sweeps about 45' and less than 50 feet. Perhaps a
system like that could be modified to fit an RC tank?
