Prototyped a suspension system today. It has a 1 inch thick aluminum bar that all boggies will be built on. The drive sprocket, rear sprocket, and track tensioning system will also mount on this bar. It will be a complete track system that will bolt to the outside of the hull.

There are positive travel stops (up and down) built into the 1 inch bar. The lever bar is pivoted on a shoulder bolt, and a 3/8 inch shoulder bolt is the wheel axle.
