I had great success with a friction TTS in my first tank (T030) Only
real limitation I found was soft sand. Because of the tension needed
to move the track if the sand made it into the track it caused the
tracks to over tension and jam. In a suspended tank thats not a huge
problem because the springs allow the track to gain some length
instead of jamming...
