Ive also toyed with the idea of an is-7. I say good luck especially because
multiple tanks were built but ultimately the is7 was not chosen for mass
production.

EEV warriors max out at around 1.5 hp but at that power level both the
driver circuit and motor itself are putting out tremendous heat.

I would say you need something that is designed to provide that level of
power continuously as opposed to in short spurts... Perhaps wheelchair
motors but i have no experience with them.
