Instead of calling the police or FBI, I suggest you guys call your state's
attorney general's office and start there.
This falls under identity theft, which really seems to be getting out of
hand these days.
Maybe if everybody does this, you might get farther too.
People paying their credit card company an extra fee to take care of
fraudulent use isn't really a good way to go either I wouldn't think.
