I continue to have unending troubles with my Schneider saga too. Weeks go by
before they respond. Weeks go by before they ship replacement parts. Their
products are pretty good, but the support I have been faced with from them
continues to be abysmal.I and my customers are very disappointed with this, and
I have run out of apologies and excuses for my customers. It doesnt seem like
the gateway was ready for prime time, yet they were shipping them anyway. All
mine came with firmware that would not let them connect to the internet and had
to be flashed immediately. Of course I had to struggle to find this out in
front of my customer.Backend trouble with their web servers put me back another
2 weeks. My first gateway was finally diagnosed as being bad, 3 weeks ago ani I
still don't have the promised replacement in hand. The conversations I have had
with their support staff have been from knowledgeable to bang my head against
the wall.To date I have been unable to get 3 gateways successfully connected to
their portal and interactive in 4 weeks of trying. My sites are also only
accessible via snowmobile this time of year, so their support policy of leave a
message and we will get nack to you doesn't work for me.Good luck.-GlennSent

RE-wrenches;Cc: Subject:[RE-wrenches] Conext Gateway ControlHi Wrenches,I am
working with Schneider on this but I haven't heard back in a few days so I
thought I'd put it out to the list to see if anyone else has worked through
this.We recently installed our first Conext Gateway in hopes of getting better
monitoring and control through Insight 2 portal.  We installed it on an XW
5548, AGS, Batt Mon, HV-MPPT charge controller ~ 4 years old.For some reason,
we cannot make changes to the system via the portal.  The monitoring is much
better but the control isn't functional.  When I make a parameter change, it
asks for the username and password but then gives this error every time:I
verified that I am entering the Gateway admin username and the new password
that I assigned.  I can log into it locally, directly through the Access Pt
functionality.Any suggestions?  Schneider isn't responding and its a snow cat
ride to get into the site.Thanks-- Mac Lewis"Yo solo sé que no sé nada."
