The most powerful statement we as people and companies/installers is who we give our money to. 

Talking to tech support and bitching at them over their rma process or fees or sending a referb just isn’t going to make any impact, it should but probably won’t. 

If enough people tell these companies I’m not buying your products untill you fix X ,Y,Z that will get their attention

I was thinking it would just be a list, we'd all upload our reviews, but
it wouldn't be separate emails pinging the IN box every time someone
gave a rating.   It would just be available when anyone wanted to look
at reviews of the products.

Is that the sort of thing that might need to be on a separate server? 
I've wanted to do a comprehensive product review list for a long time.
