I've got nearly 80 FNDC's installed, myself and customers have always enjoyed it's benefits. I'm always surprised to hear that many disconnect or give up on them and have been upset when others have disconnected on my sites. Sure you need to temper expectations with SOC on sites with lithium if the bank isn't getting fully charged but at the very least the SOC range is captured accurately during that short duration. Then of course all the extra benefits on Opticsre and for the client to be able to utilize the FNDC page on the Mates is priceless. Odd that we all have such a different experience with this device. I often also install an Emporia Vue but otherwise the Flexnet is the only thing on site measuring consumption. So many benefits beyond just indicating SOC.
Zeke, can you have someone on site make sure the connector is seated properly into it's body? I've had unexplainable problems come from that being partially pulled out while other system modifications were being made in that tight space in the GSLC.
