I've posted a patch so that tarballs include generated HTML from the markdown (.md) files, and this generated HTML is installed as part of the documentation.
The markdown isn't bad-looking, but the HTML is easier to read. Anyone think this is a bad idea? Or any other comments before we release 1.0.0? --- David A.
