Read the quote a little closer. He did not say that Delphi,
specifically, was terminated. He said that his company is focussed on
REALbasic and not 100 other trendy things. The same could have been
said about CodeWarrior a couple years ago when they sold off the x86
stuff and began losing their value as a cross-platform development
solution.
FWIW, I'm waiting for Geoff to dance on XCode's grave. That will be fun.

This sort of interview is a problem. Delphi was not terminated, is
not yet dead, and might be spun-off from Borland. Nobody knows the
exact path Borland will follow -- though the newsgroups are busy
with chat that employees and PK himself might purchase the IDE line.
Geoff should be careful before saying a competing product is
"terminated."
