Thanks for the reply. Guess I'll have to go to G8 or 9 with 3 or 4
1 TG processors :( I'm surprised that the entire NUG list isn't
screaming about these problems. I'm even further surprised that
there isn't really a lot of these complaints on the Feedback site.
I did see one of your threads where they keep asking for you to
attach a project. Problem for me is that the ones I have this size
have proprietary stuff in them that I can't include...and without
that, they won't compile. They work PERFECT under 5.5, although a
bit slow to build and debug, but it's a TON better than this. One
app in particular is a commercial app that's been in the market for
about 5 years now and at some point I MUST make it Universal. This
is why I migrated, but I can't work like this...I'll never get
anything done!
I think most of us have just given up on screaming, it never seems to
help.
Most of us just use 5.5 to be able to get something done, while
keeping eyes on alternate solutions when 5.5 will no longer work.
I have tried very hard to go to 2005/2006, but cant get any work done.
I think regarding to the Delphy discussion here earlier then this is
the difference between Delphy and REALbasic, Delphy did not get
Turtle slow when the rewrote Delphy in Delphy.
