Provence is much better - more sun.
I can imagine sitting on a caf=E9 terrace sipping pastis under clear =20
blue skies discussing the finer points of constructors...
And for us Europeans, I know exactly the place where we could do this:
a vineyard/chateau in Languedoc with more rooms and outbuildings than
we could hope for... and lots of wine :-)

positioning. I suggest the Chateauneuf, Gigondas, Cairanne
