Oops, looking back further in the thread I don't think what I sent a moment ago will help if you are trying to drag onto the apps icon prior to the app being launched.
In RB 2005 I see an AcceptFileTypes property in the properties window of the application class. In RB 5.5 I don't see that item anywhere.
