I still don't know where to buy upgrades. Do we have to learn French
or can we buy directly from RS?

Actually I wish we could buy the upgrades directly from the HQ. If the
staff in Paris is only 1-2 persons and they have their calendar full
with all the educational deals it's unlikely that the European
customers can get any real value from the "European" office.
Losing Guy is just such a waste.
