Not all interpretations are equal here, at least if you are avoiding being
sued by mySQL ;-) I would completely ignore anything you read on
wikipedia. There used to be an FAQ on the mySQL website. You can always
simply call them and ask. That's a better way to go if you are actually
shipping something and want to avoid mySQL AB's wrath.

When we designed the EULA for Valentina, we took a careful look at the
mySQL EULA to see what is wrong with it.
