Hello all! I've heard from several users recently of Print Window <http://www.searchwaresolutions.com/products/printwindow/> who are trying to print to Fiery RIPs. All of them are getting the same message from the RIP when printing: "The process 'fierycupsfilter' terminated unexpectedly on signal 10".
I have access to a Fiery RIP and can reproduce the problem, but the issue is that I have absolutely no idea what is causing this. The RIP successfully processes all other print jobs from any other application I've tried. When I trace through my print routine in the REALbasic debugger, it appears to successfully complete. The job spools. It's only after it's spooled to the RIP that the problem occurs. Has anyone else had any experience printing to a Fiery RIP from a RB-made app, and if so, have you seen this problem? Any advice or suggestions as to where to look would be greatly appreciated. REALBasic 2006r3 on Mac OS X 10.4.7.
