I don't think so, because the FTP code doesn't use streams (at least
exposed for my usage). I set the source and destination directories,
give it a filename as a string, and the file gets transferred.
The only time streams come into play is during the processing, and by
that time when I hit the last file it is flagged as IsReadable = False.
