Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but is Windows Firewall turned on?
If so, that might be preventing FTPSuite from receiving the final message
from the ftp server, and thus preventing logoff. We had similar problems
with FTPSuite until we turned off Windows Firewall.

This is looking more and more like an issue with FTPSuite on Win32. When
I run the application on OS X, I receive both the 'Logon Complete' and
the 'Logoff Complete' messages. On Win32 I only receive the 'Logon
Complete' message.
I'll follow up with Joe off-list.
Thanks for all the help, it is very appreciated!
