A library that may have value (rather than wandering the wholeweb) is put out by Intel http://www.intel.com/technology/computing/opencv/index.htm. The doc and startup link is: http://opencvlibrary.sourceforge.net/ We use this in our "factors" lab. We monitor people as they "work" at the computer.
