Nope. You can connect for free only to ISP server.

Ruslan isn't really capable of sales hype; that's Lynn's department. What Ruslan is offering is technical hype. Valentina is a very nice database. The 2.x version has had its problems, but in general Ruslan and his team will fix bugs as fast as people can reproduce them.
