my most obvious bug is that the toolbar gets rendered out of it expected area on Windows while in Mac it´s fine. Does it have something to do with the windows resize event? I´m lucky my icons are black and white :-)

There's currently a fatal bug: The windows toolbar implementation uses monochrome masks, causing typical Mac icons with masks to render poorly.

It's not a REALbasic bug so much as platform difference. Windows only supports 1-bit masks, so you need to use a different set of images on each platform. It's a pain, but fairly easy to work around.
