I think it's a bit much to expect the RS team to hang out on a
fan-sponsored mailing list, if the word from on high is that the forums
are the One True Way to communicate with users. However, it's already

It has long been the official policy of RS to not have their members
on the list. Joe and others have made it perfectly clear that they do
it on their own to be helpful. (And thousands of thanks to them, too.)
