On a related note: since RS staff have to monitor all the different forum
sections,  makes  me wonder whether they already have some in house scheme
where all forum questions get automatically routed via email to the relevant
support staff to a single "mailbox".

 I cannot imagine that RS staff would be very happy having to keep scanning
their forums section by section.
