No disrespect, and not to butt in, but why is it an either/or?
Companies are supposed to support their products. If they can't, they
should fold. You do a good job supporting FTP Suite. Real has done a
lousy job supporting RB in the most basic way: documentation. To a
large extent the lists have compensated for that failure. The Yeomans
and Strouts et al of the list have given them a free ride. And now
they decide to terminate the lists? On the vague promise that they're
looking into making the forums better? What kind of knucklehead move
is that? Sorry, but the notion that the key to making RB stable is to
shut down the NUG just doesn't make sense.
