I think you want the same capability like the standalone wmplayer. What I think it does is read the info header of each music file in the CD and create a playlist or the listbox info. The music samples are only read for playback when the action is selected. If you want to copy the files then that looks like a system call to me from a realbasic button or at launch. I am a newbie but maybe someone has done this or created a plugin.
