OK, if the IDE is not using ConstructContextualMenu to display a
Contextual Menu (which is something RS/Aaron have insisted that must
be the way to display Contextual Menus), why should we use
ConstructContextualMenu? I would like to use the same method/event/
class RB uses, which doesn't expose the bug I reported. I can't find
any other way in the documentation on how to display a contextual
menu. The ContextualMenu control had been deprecated.

And if the IDE is not using all the available method and classes,
like the toolbar, then how it would be possible that "real is walking
on our shoes"?

Yes, I understand, RB is built with RB, but using other classes and
plugins: I want to buy those classes and plugins then.

Again, there are many bugs in the feedback system related to
controls, that you can easily reproduce on RB2007r2, but the same
control in the IDE works fine.

I'm not trying to create a negative thread here, I really like the
fact of RB2007r2 being produced with RB2007r1, but if some controls/
classes in RB2007r2 are not available to us, then what's the buzz
