Easier said than done David. I'm happy to try and help, but adding Mac OS X 10.4.9 twin 2GHz G5 will not likely add anything. Filing a bug report without including my entire project folder (Rb project, plugins, resources, PICTs, etc..) so it starts compiling, to then crash and burn, would not be useful either. It's beyond the call of duty for a paying customer to spend hours stripping down a project to isolate the crash for RS. If you wish, I'd be happy to send you a zip of my project folder so you can try this at home: this crash was 100% reproducible for me, and disappeared when i ditched 2007r2 and returned to r1.
