Hi Dennis,

I changed to the new toolbars for my Mac apps recently in 2007r2,
once the flexible space was added. They are working fine for me, the
only thing you do not get is customization.

In 2007r2 their is currently a bug with incremental compilation and
editing your toolbars. Basically your changes will not show up until
you do a clean compile.

Also, in order to get transparency in my toolbar icons and not see a
white background, I am using the free PNG Utilities plugin to load
external PNGs instead of including the pictures in my project.

I have not used them on windows or linux yet though.
