Lets correct this to say, that you do not want to serve and encode G2 on the
same machine under Windows. I've run a stable machine in this configuration
under Linux for a customer for months. I tell him to reboot it once a month
whether it needs it or not. It is safe to say that the machine should not be
used for any other purpose in this configuration, or the audio could start to
drop out.
(And it is running on a AMD K6-2/400 laptop!)
