I have not tried it but RealProducer Plus is very easy to set to different
drivers - which I *think* multiple I/O cards like the GadgetLabs emulate
quite well.  I've heard good things about GadgetLabs' customer service so
you'd want to call/email them to confirm this.

But if I'm right, you'd just start RealProducer four times to get four
instances, and then set each one to a different "driver" via Options >
Audio Capture Settins > Select Audio Driver.
