How does the bug reporting system work? There are many bugs logged on
Sourceforge against the viewer, but only two assigned to anyone (dated
July 6 and June 26).

I would be happy to delve into the source code a bit further but there
are two problems:
1. I can't build the source using just VC++ 2005 Express Edition due
to a .rc file which can only be edited with the full Visual Studio.
(This bug mentioned on the forums and elsewhere.)
2. As someone who has seen the server source code I may compromise the
BSD license of the server.

At present I can't make any progress with the 0.4 release because I
can't import meshes with the 0.4 viewer which seems to be broken.
