Quite possibly is hasn't worked, but lets make it work from now on. Issue 1 should have a bug report. Does it?
Issue 2 will be solved by our new BSD-based reX-NG viewer being developed throughout next year. Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please bear with us as we attempt to fix these issues.
