I appreciate your frustration. God knows I have had this problem
recurring in my own experience with open source projects.

However, while it may be splitting hairs, technically there is no
customer relation between reX and its users, as we currently receive
no pay for handling your problem. If you would like to change that
relationship, I am sure Ludocraft, as a for-profit company, would be
happy reprioritize your concern.

As it is, there are many things competing for our time, and it would
appear that your bug has not yet made it to the top of the priority
list. This is an unfortunate fact of open source, and I am sorry you
are suffering from it.

Our users are very important to us, but we cannot fix every problem
immediately. I hope you can understand, and have patience with our
software.

However it is possible to help us help you. If you could be more
precise and systematic with your error reporting, it would easier for
us to understand what is happening on your computer. As it is we must
buy your video card to try and test it, but unfortunately we have run
out of money for this budget.
