I appreciate your frustration. God knows I have had this problem recurring in my own experience with open source projects.
However, while it may be splitting hairs, technically there is no customer relation between reX and its users, as we currently receive no pay for handling your problem. If you would like to change that relationship, I am sure Ludocraft, as a for-profit company, would be happy reprioritize your concern. As it is, there are many things competing for our time, and it would appear that your bug has not yet made it to the top of the priority list. This is an unfortunate fact of open source, and I am sorry you are suffering from it. Our users are very important to us, but we cannot fix every problem immediately. I hope you can understand, and have patience with our software. However it is possible to help us help you. If you could be more precise and systematic with your error reporting, it would easier for us to understand what is happening on your computer. As it is we must buy your video card to try and test it, but unfortunately we have run out of money for this budget.
